Please do not send returns to the address on the package received; only send them to the address that our customer service has provided. A return or exchange will only be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.
II . RETURN POLICY
You can return items within 7 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service team who are here to serve you. All you need do is to contact us and describe the problem or the reason for return along with your order number.
Items should not be worn outside nor washed and any label should be attached. We are responsible for the following defects returned within 7 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn fabric, poor quality material, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received. If you have chosen the wrong size/color or do not like the item (item is not faulty), we allow a return once we have received relevant information. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise. No exchange or return or amendments on promotional items or items on sale.III . EXCHANGE & REFUND

I am a middle school teacher and I ordered this for character day. It worked great and it was a big hit. I am 5'5" and it was definitely a little too long for me, but it wasn't a big deal.
My team at work decided to be avengers; so we all picked a character! I was the hulk and I must say this costume had everyone in stitches! it was so much fun! truly enjoyed wearing it
This costume was a hit! It fit as expected and help up well. I would highly recommend this costume to anyone. Fair warning, if you're in a warm climate it can be pretty ****** but worth it. This was my favorite costume purchase ever. I was really pleased with the vendor too. I received the product weeks before I expected.
Awesome costume. Stayed cool with fan inside. Batteries only lasted couple hours and needed screwdriver to open up battery pack, which I didn't have available.
Five star packaging, shipping, and service. My costume arrived one day earlier than guaranteed! It fit me well which is usually difficult. And it fit my husband too. Wrist and ankles were a little too tight on him straight out of packaging, but they are adjustable; I was perfectly comfortable. The fan fills it with air so you're not too warm either. Great costume and company. I recommend them to anyone!
