II . RETURN POLICY
You can return items within 7 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service team who are here to serve you. All you need do is to contact us and describe the problem or the reason for return along with your order number.
Items should not be worn outside nor washed and any label should be attached. We are responsible for the following defects returned within 7 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn fabric, poor quality material, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received. If you have chosen the wrong size/color or do not like the item (item is not faulty), we allow a return once we have received relevant information. I ordered the dress for my daughter who just turned 8. For the price, it is absolutely beautiful and it is made really well!! I will be keeping this in my favorites to buy some other designs. My girls love dresses and these are worth every penny!
Comfortable and cute
My daughter wore this for her birthday and loves it. She has this dress and many other ones just in different prints. S the fit and how comfortable they are. She wears them often and always mentions how comfortable they are.
This costume is made of good quality materials.
I was shocked at how amazing the quality was of this dress. It's made very well and absolutely beautiful. It's better than most of the dresses I've bought from the other stores. Just wish it was in my size too!
Didn't like packaging
I mean the dress is a dress up dress i didnt expect great quality but the packaging sucks! It came in a clear bag where anyone can see what I got and kids couldve possibly taken it ...
