Once we have received your information we will reply to you within 2 working days.
Please do not send returns to the address on the package received; only send them to the address that our customer service has provided. A return or exchange will only be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.
II . RETURN POLICY
You can return items within 7 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service team who are here to serve you. All you need do is to contact us and describe the problem or the reason for return along with your order number.
Items should not be worn outside nor washed and any label should be attached. We are responsible for the following defects returned within 7 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn fabric, poor quality material, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received. If you have chosen the wrong size/color or do not like the item (item is not faulty), we allow a return once we have received relevant information. True to its colours, it was exactly what I wanted
As soon as I got the dress I was very pleased with it. I knew it would fit my niece perfectly. And it did!!! This dress was for her photos on her birthday and everyone thought the same thing. She looked amazingly beautiful. Our princess was simply adorable.
Not the fanciest ever but we like it
Our daughters have way too many dress-up dresses but this one is the favorite of our five-yr-old even if it's a little big on her. It's not the fanciest costume ever but it's well constructed. It's made of a softer and less scratchy fabric than some others. We like it though and when it gets your child's approval that's always a win.
Beautiful well made dress
Bought the dress for my 7 yr old daughter. She absolutely loved it! She plays dress up for hours in it! Bey well made comfortable material highly recommend for any child they will not be disappointed!
My Great granddaughter loved it.
My great granddaughter loved it. She opened it her birthday morning and had to put it on immediately. She wore it all day and wanted to wear it to bed. She is 5 years old but is tall for her age. It fit really well. I'm sure your child will love it as much as mine did.

Loved it! Cute, vibrant, seems well made. My daughter loved it too. We were looking for a special dress for her to wear for her Encanto themed birthday party and this was perfect! I ordered a size larger than I thought we would need, and it fit her really well.
