If you have a problem after receiving your order please send an email to our customer service at info@inswear.com.
To guaranteea fast and smooth warranty process:Please send us your order number, and describe the issue and provide us with a picture(s) that displays the problem.
Once we have received your information we will reply to you within 2 working days.
Please do not send returns to the address on the package received; only send them to the address that our customer service has provided. A return or exchange will only be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.
II . RETURN POLICY
You can return items within 7 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service team who are here to serve you. All you need do is to contact us and describe the problem or the reason for return along with your order number.
Items should not be worn outside nor washed and any label should be attached. We are responsible for the following defects returned within 7 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn fabric, poor quality material, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received. If you have chosen the wrong size/color or do not like the item (item is not faulty), we allow a return once we have received relevant information. I bought this for a gift. The kid was a little bigger than I remember so I should have bought an XL. The Large was real tight on him. If I ordered again I might go one size over what I really wanted. I would say it fits on the small size on a true to size scale. If you like a little extra room I would recommend ordering a size up.
My wife loved her shirt, it fitted great for a couple times. Now after a few washed its just way to small lol. But it was a great fit.
Finally an Animal Crossing shirt that is TRUE TO SIZE. Quality is good. Make sure to turn this shirt and any others with silkscreen printing inside out to preserve print.
It a size to small. I was expecting a L size, but it is somewhat tight. I love the design though just as the picture shows.
The material is amazing. It is super cute and subtle and every time I wear it I get compliments! My only complaint that it is a little more gray around the leaves than the picture would suggest but other than that exactly as pictured.
