If you have a problem after receiving your order please send an email to our customer service at info@inswear.com.
To guaranteea fast and smooth warranty process:Please send us your order number, and describe the issue and provide us with a picture(s) that displays the problem.
Once we have received your information we will reply to you within 2 working days.
Please do not send returns to the address on the package received; only send them to the address that our customer service has provided. A return or exchange will only be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.
II . RETURN POLICY
You can return items within 7 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service team who are here to serve you. All you need do is to contact us and describe the problem or the reason for return along with your order number.
Items should not be worn outside nor washed and any label should be attached. We are responsible for the following defects returned within 7 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn fabric, poor quality material, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received. If you have chosen the wrong size/color or do not like the item (item is not faulty), we allow a return once we have received relevant information. After reading some of the reviews on here for this product i was a little worried about getting this as a surprise for my boyfriend but decided to get it anyways. The shirt arrived just a few days after its expected delivery date but that wasn't too much a big deal for me. After giving it to my boyfriend he really liked it and wore it immediately, it fit him just as expected thankfully.
Bought as a present for my roommate. I put the shirt in a plastic bag, then I submerged the plastic bag in a tupperware container of water, froze it, wrapped the frozen block in another plastic bag, wrapped THAT plastic bag in a trash bag and then wrapped it like any normal present. Unfroze well, and fit my roommate perfectly!
This shirt is awesome! I got it for my husband for his birthday. It was easily his favorite gift. It is a really pretty green color! He wears a 2XL and it fit just like it should.
I wish the material was a little thicker so the shirt would last longer, but it fits well and looks awesome for now!
This shirts has quickly become one of my newest favorite shirts to wear! It's a slightly lightweight material, though not made of super cheap material. It's a nice breathable material, which is great because most shirt material can be super heavy feeling. I'm between an XL and XXL, but this shirt fits just perfect for me. It's just loose enough without feeling like your binding yourself in a sausage casing.
