To guaranteea fast and smooth warranty process:Please send us your order number, and describe the issue and provide us with a picture(s) that displays the problem.
Once we have received your information we will reply to you within 2 working days.
Please do not send returns to the address on the package received; only send them to the address that our customer service has provided. A return or exchange will only be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.
II . RETURN POLICY
You can return items within 7 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service team who are here to serve you. All you need do is to contact us and describe the problem or the reason for return along with your order number.
Items should not be worn outside nor washed and any label should be attached. We are responsible for the following defects returned within 7 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn fabric, poor quality material, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received. If you have chosen the wrong size/color or do not like the item (item is not faulty), we allow a return once we have received relevant information. Love it . Even my daughter loved it ! She's worn it the last 3 days straight . Washed it on delicates and hung dry . No damage had been done . Size runs a little tight but my daughter loves it so I ignore it
It is very well made, true to size, and all around great! My 6 year old LOVES it. The only thing she complains about is the cloak is a little itchy, but other than that she loves it, and I love it. Worth the buy!
This dress was perfect for my 8 year old's birthday party. She had a "Cruella" themed birthday and it was a perfect fit for the party. She will also be wearing it for Halloween and couldn't be more excited! I recommend this dress for Halloween or even just to play dress up in. There were no complaints on my 8 year old's half!
My daughter loves this outfit!! We bought a 130 and first perfect. So I would say true to size. Came with a lot of accessories that I originally didn't realize. Worth the money.
