To guaranteea fast and smooth warranty process:Please send us your order number, and describe the issue and provide us with a picture(s) that displays the problem.
Once we have received your information we will reply to you within 2 working days.
Please do not send returns to the address on the package received; only send them to the address that our customer service has provided. A return or exchange will only be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.
II . RETURN POLICY
You can return items within 7 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service team who are here to serve you. All you need do is to contact us and describe the problem or the reason for return along with your order number.
Items should not be worn outside nor washed and any label should be attached. We are responsible for the following defects returned within 7 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn fabric, poor quality material, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received. If you have chosen the wrong size/color or do not like the item (item is not faulty), we allow a return once we have received relevant information. My daughter is the absolute PICKIEST dresser. I was beyond nervous about the material BUT my gosh it’s soft and light. she won’t take the dang thing off. and the wig is great as well! beyond shocked at how well it is priced, looks like a $60 costume. Will be using this site again!

Beautiful dress, my daughter absolutely loves it! It does look very nice. We got a 140 size for our 7 and a half year old, and it fit well. I would suggest going a size up from what you would usually get.

I got this for my 5 year old and it fits her very well it's a very nice dress she like wearing it the only thing I didn't like was the color is not like it is on the advertisement it's lighter than shown but other than that it's a great item
