Once we have received your information we will reply to you within 2 working days.
Please do not send returns to the address on the package received; only send them to the address that our customer service has provided. A return or exchange will only be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.
II . RETURN POLICY
You can return items within 7 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service team who are here to serve you. All you need do is to contact us and describe the problem or the reason for return along with your order number.
Items should not be worn outside nor washed and any label should be attached. We are responsible for the following defects returned within 7 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn fabric, poor quality material, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received. If you have chosen the wrong size/color or do not like the item (item is not faulty), we allow a return once we have received relevant information. I ordered the dress for my daughter birthday and I am so happy to tell here that my daughter she loved the costume everyone liked the outfit and the most important thing is the fabric is not the cheap one. It is so soft comfy outfit not scratchy it's perfect for the girls. Thank you so much she was super happy

My daughter loves wearing this as much as she can. It's perfect for dress up and every day use. It's nice enough that I can wash it and air dry it and feel like it's not going to create holes or get ruined. My 6 year old will wear this religiously if I let her. I'd suggest buying this 100% for any little who wants something cute. It's true to it's color and sizing and just amazing!
