If you have a problem after receiving your order please send an email to our customer service at info@inswear.com.
To guaranteea fast and smooth warranty process:Please send us your order number, and describe the issue and provide us with a picture(s) that displays the problem.
Once we have received your information we will reply to you within 2 working days.
Please do not send returns to the address on the package received; only send them to the address that our customer service has provided. A return or exchange will only be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.
II . RETURN POLICY
You can return items within 7 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service team who are here to serve you. All you need do is to contact us and describe the problem or the reason for return along with your order number.
Items should not be worn outside nor washed and any label should be attached. We are responsible for the following defects returned within 7 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn fabric, poor quality material, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received. If you have chosen the wrong size/color or do not like the item (item is not faulty), we allow a return once we have received relevant information. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise. No exchange or return or amendments on promotional items or items on sale.III . EXCHANGE & REFUND

For custom clothes, this is pretty good quality and comfortable. My son likes it so much that he wears them as his normal clothes.
Nicely made Halloween costume for my kiddo. And a plus is that he can use the sweatshirt for casual wear!
These are not the best quality. Although they fit well and my autistic son loves it. He loves to put costumes on any day of the week. This is probably one of his favorites. It has so far lasted.
I don't know much about FNF but my son loves this outfit. He tries to wear it two days in a row. I had to tell him that's nasty and that it needs to be washed. Anyway the print came out better than I expected. Oh yea and it was been washed a few times in hot water since I purchased it (I was everything in hot water for peace of mind) and the color hasn't faded and it's not peeling. If it does start to peel I'm ok with ordering another set.
Bought this for my 11 year old son who loves FNF. I got the biggest size its a bit snug. But the look on his face was worth the price. Cant wait to go to camp this month for trick or treat.
