Once we have received your information we will reply to you within 2 working days.
Please do not send returns to the address on the package received; only send them to the address that our customer service has provided. A return or exchange will only be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.
II . RETURN POLICY
You can return items within 7 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service team who are here to serve you. All you need do is to contact us and describe the problem or the reason for return along with your order number.
Items should not be worn outside nor washed and any label should be attached. We are responsible for the following defects returned within 7 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn fabric, poor quality material, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received. If you have chosen the wrong size/color or do not like the item (item is not faulty), we allow a return once we have received relevant information. Thin sweatshirt, soft inside; not bulky. BUT RUNS SMALL; got a S for my 15 year old daughter and wish i ordered next size up. Order fulfillment said delayed but it came a month earlier than projected.

I don't know why I expected an XL to not be so big. I should of ordered a large but besides that this is such a great jacket. It super warm. The hood is kinda small tho. Over all I love it. Just know your size lol. XL was too big for me but M was perfect for my friend.
