To guaranteea fast and smooth warranty process:Please send us your order number, and describe the issue and provide us with a picture(s) that displays the problem.
Once we have received your information we will reply to you within 2 working days.
Please do not send returns to the address on the package received; only send them to the address that our customer service has provided. A return or exchange will only be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.
II . RETURN POLICY
You can return items within 7 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service team who are here to serve you. All you need do is to contact us and describe the problem or the reason for return along with your order number.
Items should not be worn outside nor washed and any label should be attached. We are responsible for the following defects returned within 7 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn fabric, poor quality material, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received. If you have chosen the wrong size/color or do not like the item (item is not faulty), we allow a return once we have received relevant information. Good thing; my kid loves it. Bad thing; my kid wants to wear it EVERY day. Good thing; its still holding up to almost daily wear after month.
Looks and feels good. Little tight, but not to bad. Perfect hoodie for a nice cool day. Materials good as well, no strings coming off. Rating 5 stars is to low, wish I could rate this higher. Don't forget to always order a size or two up for a good fit. All in all, well worth the money.
I wear it every day, and I love it! I ordered larger than would fit me and it's really comfy!
It looks great and feels great but its not thick its thin kinda like silk feeling in a way
This product is awesome, just runs small. I suggest getting one size bigger than normal. Loved the design. I had to return mine because if the size but really wish I had been able to wear it. Amazing item. No problem returning it and getting a full refund. A+ all the way!
