Once we have received your information we will reply to you within 2 working days.
Please do not send returns to the address on the package received; only send them to the address that our customer service has provided. A return or exchange will only be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.
II . RETURN POLICY
You can return items within 7 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service team who are here to serve you. All you need do is to contact us and describe the problem or the reason for return along with your order number.
Items should not be worn outside nor washed and any label should be attached. We are responsible for the following defects returned within 7 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn fabric, poor quality material, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received. If you have chosen the wrong size/color or do not like the item (item is not faulty), we allow a return once we have received relevant information. Bought this for my brother as a gift and he is constantly wearing it. It has clean material that is comfortable to wear, so I would reccomend it.
My daughter loves it and would wear it every day if I would let her. Great quality and quick shipping! Would definitely order again!
Son wears this every day to school, so I have to wash it a lot [ i prefer to hand wash because of the contrasting colors]. but his mom just throws it in the washing machine if I don't step in. It's been holding color well, no rips or threads releasing. Pleased.
It is a cute hoodie. Would recommend ordering two sizes up because one is just barely fitting. Will have to never put in the dryer.
I love this hoodie. I ordered an XL and thought I should get a size bigger because I wanted it to be a bit loose. However, it is a relaxed fit so the XL is loose and fits perfectly. Love it!
