Unshipped: All unshipped orders from us can be canceled when we receive your email for cancellation on working days.
Pls notice: if your package already gets shipped or shipped on weekends and holidays, it can't be canceled any longer, even if you have sent an email for cancellation before that. Thanks for understanding!
Return & Exchange
I . RETURN PROCESS
If you have a problem after receiving your order please send an email to our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process:
- Please send us your order number, describe the issue and provide us with a picture(s) that displays the problem.
- Once we have received your information we will reply to you within 2 working days.
- Please do not send returns to the address on the package received; only send them to the address that our customer service has provided. A return or exchange will only be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.
II . RETURN POLICY
- You can return items within 7 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service team who are here to serve you. All you need do is to contact us and describe the problem or the reason for return along with your order number.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged and in original packaging.
- We are responsible for the following defects returned within 7 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn fabric, poor quality material, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received.
- If you have chosen the wrong size/color or do not like the item (item is not faulty), we allow a return once we have received relevant information. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise.
- No exchange or return or amendments on promotional items or items on sale.
III . EXCHANGE & REFUND
You are guaranteed to obtain a refund or an exchange once we have received your return.
Once we have agreed to your refund request, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days. Refunds will also be made through PayPal if you paid with PayPal, or if you paid with a credit card, we will also refund the money back to the card you used in the same way.
Ⅳ . SHIPPING FEES
- If you receive a damaged/defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs
- Inswear is not liable for shipping fees under the following circumstances: Garment doesn't fit; Customer has changed mind or dislikes the item.
Ⅴ. PACKAGE RETURNED
- Please tell us the tracking number after you have returned an item.
